Faculty Positions, Golden Gate School of Law (San Francisco, CA)

October 8th, 2009  |  Published in Jobs

Golden Gate University School of Law invites applications to fill anticipated tenure-track faculty positions for the 2010-2011 academic year. We are seeking applicants with interest in teaching a variety of core courses, including Property, Wills & Trusts, as well as business and commercial law subjects. We also seek applicants interested in teaching in our highly-regarded litigation program (courses such as Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Trial Advocacy and Lawyering Skills). Applicants should possess strong academic and professional qualifications, and have a demonstrated interest in scholarship. Candidates interested in the litigation program must also possess relevant experience in that area.

Golden Gate is a private university located in downtown San Francisco with a strong commitment to practical and clinical education and a diverse student body. We especially welcome applications from women, members of minority groups, and others who will enhance and diversify our faculty.

Contact: Professor William Gallagher, Chair, Faculty Appointments Committee, Golden Gate University School of Law, 536 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. E-mail applications may be sent to: lawfacultyappointments@ggu.edu.
