Job Description:

Admitted to the California Bar with 3-5 years experience in insurance defense. Ability to multi-task to include taking/defending depositions; reporting to the claim department in a timely manner; preparing discovery plan and responding to discovery; trial experience a plus.

Ability to use computer and calendar discovery deadlines required. Fifty percent of position involves travel.

Job Requirements:

Reporting to the claim department in a timely manner; taking/defending depositions; preparing discovery/law & motion matters and appearing at same; ability to use a computer and to calendar case matters. Knowledge of Civil Procedure a must. Ability to respond to discovery and prepare a discovery plan.

Travel required.
