MEMBERSHIP CO-DIRECTOR – RAYMOND R. ROLLAN

Raymond R. Rollan currently serves as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Hayward. Prior to joining the City, Raymond was an associate attorney at Haapala, Thompson & Abern where he represented clients in insurance defense and public entity defense matters. Prior to joining the firm, Raymond served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kandis A. Westmore of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Besides his involvement with FBANC, Raymond is an active member of the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF), one of the largest LGBT lawyer organizations in the country. He is also a proud member of the Earl Warren American Inn of Court. Raymond earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. He graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2014. Raymond received FBANC’s inaugural Nassiri & Jung Foundation Public Interest Scholarship. This year will be Raymond’s first year on the FBANC board and he is excited to serve his community in this capacity.
