MEMBERSHIP CO-DIRECTOR – RAYMOND R. ROLLAN

Raymond R. Rollan currently serves as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Hayward, where he performs both litigation and advisory responsibilities. Prior to joining the City, Raymond was an associate attorney at the defense firm Haapala, Thompson & Abern. Prior to joining the firm, Raymond served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kandis A. Westmore of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Besides his involvement with FBANC, Raymond is an active member of the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF) and the Earl Warren American Inn of Court. Raymond earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. He graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2014.
