Bliss Lawyers is seeking Commercial Contract & Real Estate Law Firm Staff Attorneys

Bliss Lawyers is pleased to announce new openings for commercial contract and real estate law firm staff attorneys to work in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New York City, Chicago or San Francisco.


Bliss Lawyers is seeking six staff attorneys to be hired by a law firm client.  The attorneys hired will preferably be based in Pittsburgh but candidates based in Philadelphia, New York City, Chicago and San Francisco will also be considered.  Five of the candidates hired will have at least two years of law firm experience reviewing contracts including vendor/procurement contracts and the like.  For these commercial contract attorneys, real estate experience is a plus along with mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and life sciences experience.  The sixth candidate hired will have at least two years of real estate and leasing experience.  These are six full-time, direct hire non-partnership track law firm positions that will begin as soon as appropriate candidates are identified.
