MENTORSHIP CO-DIRECTOR – LEO ANGELO CRISTOBAL
Leo Cristobal was born in Oakland, California. He attended Salesian High School in Richmond, California and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis.
In 2016, Leo earned his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law. While in law school, Leo published for the Law Review, competed in Mock Trial, and served as co-President of the Pilipino/a American Law Society. At graduation, he gave the Student Farewell Speech and was recognized with the Rose Bird award for Professionalism and Integrity.
After graduation, Leo passed the July California Bar Exam and became a member of the Taxation Section of the California State Bar. He was awarded a full-tuition scholarship from GGU’s LL.M. Program, and this summer he will earn his Master of Laws in Taxation.
Currently, Leo works in San Francisco as an Associate at Andersen Tax. He and his fiancée got engaged on April 29, 2017.
