Our Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking to hire an experienced associate to join our San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four to six years of experience in handling all types of employment litigation, including wage and hour class and representative actions, as well as experience in counseling management clients in employment law matters. The ability to manage cases independently through the fact investigation and pre-trial discovery phases is a plus. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, strong writing and oral communication skills, sound judgment, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. California State Bar admission is required.
