FBANC Seeks Candidates for 2022-2023 Board
Election for Officer and Director Positions to be Held in Spring
Per its Bylaws, FBANC announces that it is now accepting applications for positions on its 2022-2023 Board. If you are interested in being a candidate for that Board, please contact FBANC President Jennifer Sta.Ana at jenniferstaana@fbanc.org. The deadline to announce a candidacy is on Sunday, February 27, 2022.
The various positions up for election and the relevant qualifications are stated below:
Officers (President-elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Officer-at-Large)
The candidate is serving as an Officer;
By the end of the Fiscal Year, the candidate will have served as a Director for at least two years; or
The candidate presents a petition signed by at least 10% of the Active Members, as tabulated on March 1, supporting the candidacy.
Directors
The candidate is serving as a Director;
By the end of the Fiscal Year, the candidate has participated in or attended at least three Association events; or
The candidate presents a petition signed by at least 10% of the Active Members, as tabulated on March 1, supporting the candidacy.
