To accomplish this, I plan to work with co-director, Melanie Violan, to prepare and release educational programming and content to our Filipino community and other communities regarding their rights in various areas of law. I will also continue to work with our community partners to collaborate on legal clinics they host.

As a director generally, I aim to uplift our membership and other volunteers by featuring them in the programs we create or co-sponsor, giving them the platform to showcase their skills, network, and potentially gain referrals.     

Additionally, I will continue to seek collaborations and co-sponsorships with the organizations of which I’m already a member, such as California Employment Lawyers Association and its Worker Outreach Committee, as well as those which I’ve had the opportunity to work with this past year.
