Nico Bencito
My name is Nicolette Rae Bencito (Nico), and I am excited to be running for Operations Director alongside Alex Padua for the 2024-2025 FBANC Board. I am an Associate Attorney practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. Since joining FBANC in 2019 during my first year of law school, FBANC has been an integral part of my legal career. As part of this community, I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer and attend numerous FBANC events, and I’m grateful to have received guidance and mentorship from FBANC members and leadership as I navigated through the legal profession.
One of my goals for this role includes bringing continued visibility of FBANC’s involvement within the legal community. I plan on working with my co-Director and the FBANC board to identify areas where we can expand our visibility through social media platforms and other avenues of community engagement. As Operations Director, I plan to engage with our members and community through consistent communication about FBANC’s events, goals, resources, and achievements. I will also ensure that the FBANC website and other platforms are regularly updated, so that our community members can reach out to us when needed and can continue to be informed about FBANC’s plans throughout the year.
Moving Forward and following in the footsteps of past directors and FBANC leadership, I aim to work in alignment with FBANC’s overall mission to provide our community with professional development and educational assistance.
