As Co-Directors, we must examine every facet of our operations, and work more efficiently and collaboratively.  Having worked in both non-profit and private sectors as an attorney, and having served on numerous leadership roles for the past twenty-five years, and more recently, as a Committee of Bar Examiner for the State of California, Past President of the Contra Costa County Bar Association (CCCBA) Womenā€™s Section, CCCBA Executive Committee, Past Chair of CCCBAā€™s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, Immediate Past President of California Women Lawyers, and as current President of the California Asian Pacific American Bar Association (Cal-APABA), I bring experience, passion, sound judgment, ability to listen, think strategically, and implement tactically to this Board and ask for you to allow me to serve.

My name is Mika Domingo.  Iā€™m a trusts and estates litigator, diversity advocate, community leader, and podcast host.

I am humbled and honored to declare my intention to run for the FBANC Professional Development Co-Director Position.  In this role, I will work with my Co-Director in meeting the needs of our members by designing professional programs including our signature Night with Fil-Am Judges, Night with Fil-Am Professionals, and our Annual Conference, Liwanag. Through these programs, we will continue to empower our members by providing resources so they can thrive in a complex and ever-changing legal environment.
