Director, Social:
Ralph Dimarucut

I am honored to serve as FBANC’s Social Co-Director and look forward to creating opportunities for connection and community.

I am an associate in the San Francisco office of Jackson Lewis P.C., where I represent management in employment litigation and advise clients on a wide range of workplace matters. I also serve as a pro bono attorney for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), assisting unaccompanied youth with their legal needs.

Before entering the legal field, I worked with various local and state agencies throughout Northern and Southern California, providing policy and management guidance in the areas of housing, transportation, and regional planning.

During law school, I was a research assistant focused on the impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace, served as President of the Filipino Association of Law Students, and earned first place and Best Brief honors in the Western region of NAPABA’s Judge Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition.

I currently live in Oakland with my dog and enjoy yoga, CrossFit, and a dry gin martini.
