Director-at-Large Isabelle Tan

A dedicated attorney, Isabelle Tan is passionate about representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic losses in personal injury cases and families who file wrongful death claims for their loved ones who have passed away.

After studying at UC Berkeley for her undergraduate, Isabelle received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star Among Northern California attorneys since 2017 - an honor only bestowed on less than 2.5% of lawyers.

Besides her work with FBANC, Isabelle contributes to several committees within the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA), including those focused on Diversity, Equity & INclusion, New Lawyers, and the Magazine Committee. She is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), advocating for consumer protection laws and justice.

Isabelle has successfully represented clients in a wide range of individual cases, including ones involving catastrophic personal injury, such as traumatic brain injuries. Additionally, she has handled numerous cases involving government torts, sexual abuse, childe abuse and consumer protection.

Isabelle also enjoys traveling, whisky, wine, martial arts, and sports. As a mother of an active five-year-old boy, she continually strives to be better each day.
