Director Bonifacio C. Sison

Bonifacio C. Sison is an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Palo Alto. He practices general commercial litigation. Previously, Bonifacio served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in Detroit.

A graduate of Berkeley Law, Class of 2020, Bonifacio competed as a member of the moot court team in Vienna, Austria and externed for Judge Charles R. Breyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco. He also served as co-chair of the Pilipinx American Law Society and Military and Veterans at Berkeley Law. Prior to law school, Bonifacio served in the United States Marine Corps in Camp Pendleton and Okinawa, Japan. He received his B.A. in Political Science with highest honors and distinction in general scholarship from UC Berkeley. An active member since 2017, this is Bonifacio’s third term serving as a Director with FBANC.
