Gabrielle Sullera

Gabrielle Sullera is a third-year associate at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP, where she represent businesses in civil litigation, with a focus on general liability and commercial disputes. Her practice involves all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and resolution.

While in law school, Gabrielle worked at USF’s Internet & Intellectual Property Justice Clinic, handling trademark prosecution, contract review, and privacy policy drafting. She served as Senior Survey Editor for the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal, Co-President of the Business Law Association, and competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition. Gabrielle is also actively involved in the legal community. In addition to serving as this year's Co-Director of Professional Development for FBANC, she is on the Executive Committee for the Bar Association of San Francisco Barrister's Intellectual Property Section and Co-Chair of the Solo & Small Firm Committee of the Asian American Bar Association - Bay Area.
