Kasey Isobe is a junior associate at Baker McKenzie, where she advises major U.S. and multinational employers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border employment matters. Through this work, she has further strengthened her appreciation for collaboration and creating structure in complex and fast-paced environments.

Kasey has been an active member of FBANC since her 1L year of law school. FBANC’s social events played a meaningful role in helping her build community and navigate law school, ultimately making the Bay Area feel like home and reinforcing the importance of intentional, welcoming spaces within the legal profession.

Kasey will serve as Social Committee Co-Chair, driven by her desire to continue to create inclusive and engaging opportunities for connection. Through her involvement with FBANC, she has seen how thoughtfully planned events can strengthen relationships, foster mentorship, and build community.

She is honored to contribute to FBANC’s legacy and looks forward to helping plan meaningful programming in the year ahead.
