My name is Riane R. Briones, and I am formally declaring my candidacy for Director-At-Large for the 2026-2027 FBANC Board. Currently, I am Associate Attorney at Hanson Bridgett LLP,  where I practice in the area of Trust and Estates Litigation. If elected director on the FBANC board, my goal is to continue to curate a platform and hone our channels of communication so that FBANC can foster community and  continue to provide resources and spread awareness of the various opportunities that FBANC can provide. I also hope to continue to provide support to the board while planning the Komunidad conference for law students.

Over the past year, I served as Secretary on FBANC’s executive board. As Secretary, I was able to connect with various other organizations and individuals in order to showcase the multitude of events, opportunities, and community resources that FBANC had to offer. 

As Director, I will continue to support our community with up-to-date information and resources about the variety of events and opportunities that FBANC has to offer. If elected, I will ensure that the FBANC board has continued support in their events so that FBANC can continue serving its community and beyond it. Thank you for your time and consideration.
