Dear FBANC Community, 

I am honored to present my candidacy for the role of Membership Director. Having served FBANC as both your Social Director and, most recently, your Mentorship Director, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of what our members value. My journey through these leadership roles has prepared me to help manage the most vital part of our community: our members.

As Membership Director, I intend to leverage my experience in event planning to achieve two primary goals: (1) Strategic Membership Growth and (2) Membership Maintenance.

1. Strategic Membership Growth: I will utilize the outreach strategies I developed for the Mentorship Program to bring new practitioners into the FBANC fold. I will focus on converting conference attendees and mentorship participants into long-term, active members. I aim to bridge the gap between our law student members and their transition into the bar, ensuring they remain part of FBANC as they begin their legal careers.

2. Membership Maintenance: I am committed to maintaining an accurate, up-to-date membership roster, ensuring that our records reflect the true scale of our community. I will proactively promote membership renewals, ensuring that continuing to be an FBANC member is a seamless experience.
