Cal-APABA is co-sponsoring an APABA-hosted panel on September 14, from 5 to 6 p.m. The panel will address Prop 16 and its context within the past, present, and future of California's struggle with equality and fundamental fairness. The panel will feature Assemblymember David Chiu, Assemblymember Lorena Gonzalez, and Maldef President & General Counsel Thomas A. Saenz.
