For the Officer and Director Candidates, NAPABA seeks outstanding individuals of high character and integrity with proven leadership and board governance skills who have demonstrated a strong commitment to NAPABA.

For the At-Large Board Member Candidates, NAPABA seeks to have diverse and inclusive representation on the Board of Governors, to increase the pipeline of candidates to the Board, and to maintain the Board’s institutional knowledge and experience.
