Kim Alexis Adversario - The Ernie and Mila Llorente Scholarship

Kim Alexis Adversario (they/she) is a law student pursuing public interest at the University of San Francisco School of Law Class of 2028. Kim Alexis is from Phoenix, Arizona, where they established a background in non-profit fundraising, while also working as a tenant and migrant worker organizer in their community. Kim Alexis has dual degrees in Political Science and History from Arizona State University. Prior to law school, she was the Associate Director of Membership at the Heard Museum, an art museum dedicated to Indigenous arts and culture. Kim Alexis is a proud Pinay and shows their love for the community through their involvement as a community organizer. This work encouraged her to pursue law school and become a legal advocate for housing and labor issues.

About the Scholarship: The Ernie and Mila Llorente Scholarship is made possible by the generosity of FBANC founding member and past FBANC president Ernie Llorente and Mila Llorente. This scholarship will be awarded to a Filipino/a/x American student who has demonstrated a dedication to public service in the City and County of San Francisco.
