Officer-at-Large Alyssa V. Daatio

Alyssa V. Daatio an Associate Attorney at Candelaria LLP, where she practices in all areas of Probate Law, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, conservatorships (general, temporary, and limited), and guardianships.

A native of the Bay Area, Alyssa earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2019. During her time there, she distinguished herself by graduating with a Public Interest Law Certificate and receiving the prestigious Pursuit of Justice Award. This award recognizes her outstanding commitment to serving others through legal experience, community and volunteer service, and contributions to the law school and its students. Alyssa's dedication to public interest work was evident through her internships at prominent non-profits in the Bay Area, including the Asian Law Alliance, Public Advocates, and the ACLU of Northern California. In recognition of her service-oriented approach, she was awarded the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley’s Asian Law Alliance Fellow Scholarship in 2017 for her dedication to serving Asian and Pacific Islander immigrant communities in the Bay Area.

Prior to embarking on her legal career, Alyssa gained valuable experience as an immigration paralegal, assisting individuals with employment-based immigration matters for three years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Law and Society from UC Riverside, where she was recognized with an Academic Excellence Award for her major. During her undergraduate years, Alyssa also worked as a legal assistant, aiding individuals in their pursuit of asylum in the United States.
