Chloe Ramos Czabaranek is the Immigration Legal Director at La Raza Community Resource Center in San Francisco. Since earning her J.D., Chloe worked as a Staff Attorney at a Bay Area non-profit for human trafficking survivors, then worked at Bay Area private immigration firms where she primarily focused on removal defense, and federal court litigation.

Chloe has served on the Board of FBANC since 2021 as Legal Clinics Director, Membership Director, and Community Outreach Director along with Advocacy Committee Chair. She is active in the community for immigration rights, and is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, National Immigration Project - National Lawyers Guild, and various other immigration law groups. Chloe also serves as a Scholarship Chair for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley.

During law school, Chloe externed for Pangea Legal Services and represented clients as student counsel arguing at the SF EOIR and the Ninth Circuit. Prior to law school, Chloe was a labor union organizer and organized nursing homes and agencies to win their NLRB elections throughout CA. Chloe graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law with a J.D. and a Public Interest Immigration Asylum Certificate, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.A. in Political Science and Minor in Music.
