Jamie Martinez is an Associate Attorney at Jackson Lewis PC in San Jose. His practice is focused on Labor & Employment issues involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage & hour disputes in federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration proceedings.

Jamie is a proud Bruin, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California - Los Angeles, with an emphasis of International Relations, and was actively involved in the Filipino community on campus. After undergrad, Jamie attended the University of Pacific - McGeorge School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate and served as Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

This is Jamie’s sixth term serving on the FBANC board and is a native of San Jose, California. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys playing golf and basketball, perfecting his use of the smoker, collecting passport stamps and spending time with his family.
