FBANC President-Elect
Nelson Lam
Nelson Pineda Lam is Employment Counsel at Uber Technologies, Inc., based in San Francisco. Nelson serves as a trusted partner for the Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and Talent Acquisition teams. He supports critical people initiatives, including Uber’s commitment to being an anti-racist company and a federal contractor. Nelson has served on the FBANC board since 2016 and was the recipient of the FBANC Legal Scholarship in 2015.
