Jamie is a Senior Employment Counsel at Applied Materials, where he is a trusted legal partner for various teams including Employee Relations, Human Resources, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He supports several DEI Initiatives, such as Applied’s Culture of Inclusion and is a member of Applied’s AAPI affinity group - Asians in Motion.

Prior to Applied Materials, Jamie worked for several preeminent law firms in the Bay Area, focusing on a variety of Labor and Employment issues such as: discrimination, sexual harassment, wage & hour class action. As a litigator, Jamie tackles each stage of litigation from all angles. With substantial experience in litigation, Jamie analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of claims and defenses to obtain the most favorable result in the best interest of the client.

Jamie earned his B.A. in Political Science - International Relations from UCLA and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Since 2022, he has served on the board of FBANC. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys traveling, improving his golf game, and spending time with his dog Max.
