Treasurer:
Mika Domingo

Mika Domingo's path to founding M.S. Domingo Law Group, P.C. began in public service, as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California, where she stood on the front lines of constitutional law, torts, and civil rights litigation at the state, appellate, and federal levels. That experience shaped how she practices law today: her Walnut Creek-based firm takes on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and trust and estate litigation, including conservatorship matters, often stepping into disputes at their most contentious — when families are fractured and the stakes are highest. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers for ten consecutive years.

That same drive to advocate has defined Mika's work in the legal community. She has dedicated years to advancing opportunity and representation within the profession, including as President of California Women Lawyers and President of the California Asian Pacific American Bar Association (Cal-APABA) — roles in which she pushed for meaningful change for women and API attorneys statewide. She currently serves as a Commissioner on the San Francisco Assessment Appeals Board and is honored to take on the role of Treasurer for FBANC, continuing her long-standing commitment to lifting up and mentoring fellow Filipino and API attorneys.
