Congratulations to Past Presidents Marc Pilotin and Raymond Rollan on Their Appointment as Chairs of the Judiciary Committee of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area (AABA)

FBANC congratulates Marc Pilotin (FBANC President 2019-2020) and Raymond Rollan (FBANC President 2022-2023) on their appointment as Co-Chairs of the Judiciary Committee for the Asian American Bar Association (AABA) of the Greater Bay Area.

The AABA Judiciary Committee holds a vital role in the Bay Area legal landscape. Historically, its primary purpose has been to increase the representation of Asian Americans in the judiciary and to ensure that the bench reflects the diverse community it serves. In furtherance of this goal, the Judiciary Committee, evaluates and endorses judicial candidates, supports aspiring judges by providing them with the tools and networking opportunities necessary to navigate the complex judicial application process, and engages with the Governor’s office and other appointing authorities to highlight the importance of judicial diversity.

In their roles as Co-Chairs, Marc and Ray continue their commitment to service and advance AABA's mission of fostering the professional development and advancement of Asian American legal professionals.
