Mika Domingo

Mika Domingo is Founder and Managing Attorney of M.S. Domingo Law Group, P.C.. With a passion for helping others, she represents individuals throughout California in matters involving probate and trust administration and litigation, and estate planning. Previously, she served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Attorney General’s Office, representing the state in civil rights litigation.

Mika fulfills her commitment to fairness, legitimacy and equality within the legal community by serving on numerous boards including as President-Elect of California Women Lawyers (CWL), a statewide organization chartered in 1974, dedicated to advancing women in the profession of law, and eliminating all forms of inequities. She has served on the CWL board for seven years, chairing the Judicial Evaluations Committee and this year’s Annual Dinner Committee. Mika has served on the State Bar of California’s Committee of Bar Examiners, as Past President of Contra Costa County Bar Association Women’s Section, and Board Director and Executive Committee member of Contra Costa County Bar Association, chairing its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for three years. She is excited to serve as Co-Director of Professional Development for FBANC, utilizing her experience as an attorney, former finance auditor and publishing professional, and as a leader for various non-profit organizations over the past 20 years.

She is a recipient of numerous awards for her advocacy, including more recently, the Minority Bar Coalition Unity Award and Contra Costa County Bar Association’s Diversity Award.
